We collect products and services from local businesses to provide care packages to women fleeing from domestic abuse; entering or completing drug and alcohol treatment.
There are so many physical and mental benefits to exercising, such as building confidence, increased energy, lessening anxiety, and others. This makes for great new skill, new community, and new outlet to assist with prevention and relapse for these who suffered with addiction or other co-occurring disorders.
