Do you know what it means to be present? I sure didn’t, as a wife, mother of 3, full time job, too many side hustles, and I had no clue.Meditation is a way to practice being present. Through meditation you really have the opportunity to “peep” your own your thoughts, emotions and what’s going on in your body. It’s no one way to meditate the goal is learn to be in tune with yourself. Here we like to write some ish down. Sometimes we use guided journaling or other prompts to undue worrying about the future or focusing on the past. Other times we just write, free style, unedited. Sometimes you don’t know what you really think until you hear what you said out loud or wrote down. If you don’t feel like talking, journaling is an awesome way to work through what’s on your mind, your emotions and can you the space to be creative.Our goal is help you learn to experience all your thoughts and emotions by providing you the safe space to develop this healthy habit.
