Service Description

While the cardiovascular and physical benefits of exercise are apparent, there have been numerous studies proving the benefits of aerobic activity such as running can have on one’s mental state. When researchers looked at the brain scans of runners, they observed that meditation and running can have a somewhat similar effect on the brain. Actually running can be a form of moving mindfulness meditation. In the middle of a run, you are so buried in present moment, aware of your breath and natural state.
